The Caves of Nerja are situated on the slopes of the Sierra Almijara mountains just a few kilometres from the town of Nerja. It is the 3rd most visited attraction in Spain after the Prada Museum in Madrid and the Alhambra Palace in Granada. They are easily reached from the Mediterranean motorway and there is also a regular bus service available.
