Romantic, luxurious, secluded but not isolated and within easy reach of great beaches, golf courses and airports. The property is situated within 700 meters of the mountain white village of Gaucin and consists of the main house with B&B accommodation, a spectacular villa , a large cottage and a studio. There are uninterrupted view to Gibraltar and Africa beyond. There are two pools o­ne of 105 m2, two jacussis and a tennis court. All properties have their own independent satellite televisions. The properties suit a whole range of requirements.

The Main House is built around a three sided courtyard with a Moorish fountain.  The house sleeps 10 persons. There is a magnificent drawing roomwith huge sliding doors and three outside partly covered terraces for outdoors dining and sun bathing.

The generously proportioned bedrooms have ceiling fans. The house is excellently equippedand furnished with a full range ofterrace, pool and garden furniture. There is under floor heating .

La Herradura is “a truly spectacular holiday rental which exceeds expectations o­n every level”. It is superbly appointed, extremely comfortable and secluded with its own infinity pool and jacussi. The 150 sq meter villa which sleeps 4 is tucked into the hill and has fantastic views.

The large living space incorporating a kitchen and dinning areas has a main fireplace and open kitchen grill. There are two spacious bedrooms with large built in cupboards and bathrooms with separate showers. They both have ceiling fans. The interior combines the most modern installations with old Spanish and Moorish decoration. French doors lead o­nto a long partly covered and south facing terrace.

 La Bumba is a single bedroom cottage. There is a spacious living area with kitchen annex and open fireplace. The bathroom has a separate shower and a reading light above the bath. The interior decoration is charming. Light pours in o­n two sides with French doors which lead to a long south facing terrace and a separate terrace surrounding the plunge pool.

La Cancela is a charming 35 sq meter studio with all facilities and stupendous views to Africa. There is a spacious living and sleeping area including a full range of kitchen equipment, a wood burning stove and air-conditioning. The bathroom has a multi facet shower unit and under floor electric heating. There is reading light above the bath and a shelf for drinks.

The French doors lead o­nto a south facing triangular terrace.
