The apartment is on the first floor of this prestigious block and the apartment has two large pools with a small kids pool. Immediately behind the block is a large park with kid's play area. The apartment block is some 2 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from the main shopping streets of Marbella. The Parque Marbella block is a classic design and the block is well regarded in Marbella.
